How AI Credits Work
AI credits cover Avo's text-based help, planning, summaries, insights, and workspace updates. Credits are based on model tokens at 1 credit per 1,000 tokens and shown to two decimals. Voice, image, video, and storage are separate.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Eligible new customers can start a separate 14-day Starter Trial with fixed AI, voice, live lookup, storage, and transfer allowances. A payment card is required. Free Workspace remains available for manual app access without metered AI features.
What happens when my paid plan ends?
Your account returns to Free Workspace. Your apps and data stay available for manual use, while AI, voice, live lookup, and media-generation features pause until you upgrade.
Do all plans include all apps?
Yes. Every plan includes every app. Higher tiers add more AI credits, voice minutes, live lookups, storage, transfer, retention, and support. Images and video are separate add-ons.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid plans can be canceled anytime from account settings, no questions asked. You'll keep paid access until the end of your current billing cycle.
What is an AI credit?
AI credits are Avo's simple way to show text-based AI usage. Avo converts model input and output into credits at 1 credit per 1,000 tokens, displayed to two decimals. Voice, image, video, and storage are tracked separately.
What counts toward storage?
Storage is for personal Avo workspace content and saved media. Uploaded files, saved generated media, attachments, covers, and other account-owned files count toward your plan storage. It is not intended for public file hosting, backup archives, or high-volume media distribution.
