Rules for safe and responsible use

This policy describes permitted and prohibited behavior when using Avo, its AI features, connected services, and public-sharing tools.

Allowed Use

Avo is intended for productive, lawful personal workflows and authorized connected-service use.

✓Create, organize, and manage your own notes, tasks, projects, media, and related workspace data.
✓Use AI features to summarize, draft, and automate your own authorized workflows.
✓Connect accounts and services that you own or are authorized to use.
✓Upload, edit, use as an AI reference, or share images and other content only when you have the rights and permissions required for that use. This applies to private messages as well as public sharing.

Prohibited Use

You may not use Avo in ways that harm users, systems, or legal compliance.

✗Illegal activity, harassment, threats, or abuse.
✗Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, scraping, or disruption attempts.
✗Uploading malware, malicious scripts, or content that violates third-party rights.
✗Creating, uploading, or distributing deceptive impersonations, non-consensual intimate content, sexual content involving minors, or material intended for fraud or disinformation.
✗Using Avo to make high-impact medical, legal, financial, employment, housing, credit, or safety decisions without qualified human review.

Enforcement

We may investigate violations and take action to protect users and infrastructure.

•Actions can include warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, or account termination.
•We may preserve and disclose information when legally required.
•Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent access removal.
•Report suspected copyright infringement, privacy violations, or abusive content using the legal contact below. Include enough information to identify the content, explain the concern, and contact you. Do not attach or resend illegal imagery.
